In the spirit of the message of courage and success given by the double-barred cross of Lorraine (symbol of all Lung Associations), this event recognizes innovative respiratory research and exceptional commitment to respiratory Health in our province. 

The Awards winners will be chosen using criteria unique to each award, following review of nominations.
Those recognized will be or have been providing distinguishable service in respiratory care for the people of Alberta.
