Conference Fee Structure:
- This year's conference offers
both One Day and Full Conference registrations.
- If you register before the
Early Bird deadline -
conference fees are discounted.
- If you are a member of RHCP, M&SS and/or CANA you
receive an additional discount.
- Trainee's who submit an abstract
have
their registration fees waived.
- The Early Bird registration
deadline is March 7, 2008.

ARDS 2008 Conference Registration
There are two methods you can
use to register for this years' conference:

Register online using the
Lung Association's secure system or
-
By fax or mail after filling
out and printing off the registration form (fillable
form).
A. Online Registration
Information:
There are three steps in the
online registration process:

Using the
secure online
registration system, enter your name and
address, select your conference fee category and
pay your fees using a credit card (VISA, M/C, AmEx).

After paying your fees,
click the link on the fees paid confirmation
page to
choose your workshop sessions for each day and
finalize your registration.

After choosing sessions you
will link to a page where you may:
- Review the Hotel information and book your hotel reservations.
- Fill out an Abstract using the online form.
- Review the Lorraine Awards criteria and submit a
nomination.

B. Fill out the registration form and send in by Fax
or Mail:
If you are unable
to register online or do not wish to register

then kindly fax or mail your completed registration form to:
